Your day-to-day / Āu mahi ia te rā:

 

  • Support lifecycle marketing for one of NZ’s most trusted brands, bringing customer journeys to life across email, push and other direct channels
  • Build and optimise audiences, segments and automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data tools
  • Turn lifecycle plans into live campaigns—ensuring activity is well-timed, well-sequenced and high quality
  • Run test-and-learn activity to improve performance, including setting up tests, measuring results and applying learnings
  • Use data and insights to track results and continuously optimise audience strategy, messaging and timing
  • Work closely with data, content and design teams to deliver more personalised, connected customer experience

Write clear briefs and help shape messaging so communications are customer-focused and fit for channel

  • Contribute to scaling lifecycle marketing as part of Lotto NZ’s broader digital transformation programme

 

Your team / Tō rōpū:

You’ll be part of our Digital Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Lifecycle and Growth Manager at the leading edge of lifecycle marketing, personalisation and digital experience for one of Aotearoa’s most iconic and trusted brands.

With MyLotto reaching into households across the country, you’ll be working in one of New Zealand’s most dynamic, high-scale digital marketing environments—using leading tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platforms to deliver smarter, more connected customer journey

You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team spanning data, content and design—bringing together insights, technology and creativity to lift how we connect directly with our customers. 

This is a tight-knit, test-and-learn focused team, continuously experimenting, learning and scaling what works to improve customer experience and performance. 

As part of a major digital transformation programme, you’ll play a key role in helping scale lifecycle capability and shape how we deliver more personalised, relevant and effective communications across the customer journey.

 

A bit about you / He kōrero mōu:

 

As an experienced lifecycle marketing or marketing automation specialist, you’ll be passionate about creating relevant, well-timed customer experiences and take pride in the quality of your work. You will have:

  • Experience delivering lifecycle marketing or targeted customer communications
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Confidence building audiences, segments and customer journeys
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to improve performance
  • Experience running test-and-learn activity and applying what works
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on getting things right
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teams like data, content and design
  • Clear communication skills, including writing briefs and shaping messaging
