Our team:

In this role, you'll join a fun and supportive brand team and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as our creative and media partners.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of Instant Kiwi marketing campaigns across paid media, owned channels, point of sale and promotional activity.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, from briefing and development through to execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Work alongside internal and external partners to deliver high-quality creative and media campaigns that achieve results.
  • Manage campaign communications and keep key stakeholders informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Support the management of the Instant Kiwi marketing budget and contribute to campaign performance reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with the Instant Kiwi product team to support a strong product pipeline and promote new gameplay enhancements. 
  • Oversight of social media and owned channel content, working with our digital and agency partners to continually improve performance and engagement. 
  • Look for opportunities to learn, innovate and continuously improve the way we work.

A bit about you:

  • You have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. 
  • You're a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You're highly organized, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work. 
  • You have your finger on the pulse and enjoy being creative 
  • You're a self-starter with energy, drive and a collaborative approach.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing (or a related discipline) and have a minimum of three years' experience in a marketing, brand or retail marketing role.

As a Brand Manager at Lotto NZ, you're choosing flexibility, variety and the opportunity to learn and thrive.

This is a full-time role, with hours of work primarily between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We work in a hybrid model, meaning you'll spend some days each week in our Newmarket office and other days working from home.
