Your day-to-day:

  • Play a key business role in planning and prioritisation for MyLotto web and mobile delivery.  
  • Champion our customer-centric culture through Voice of the Customer insights, feeding these into the delivery squad. 
  • Collaborate with the squads and stakeholders to shape and manage the backlog.
  • Ensure customer experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) are at the forefront of every piece of work.
  • Utilise data and insights to drive decisions and optimise outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all compliance, security, and harm minimisation standards are met
  • Present to senior stakeholders at governance, and manage cross-functional collaboration

Your team:

You’ll be part of Lotto NZ’s Omnichannel team within the Product and Innovation division, working alongside passionate experts who are shaping the future of digital customer experiences for millions of New Zealanders.

The team is focused on delivering seamless, safe, and engaging customer journeys across the MyLotto platforms—web and mobile apps – and building those into seamless connected experiences with our retail network – making Lotto NZ a customer-centric omnichannel organisation.

You’ll be a key player in our cross-functional squads, working alongside UX/UI designers, data analysts, and external partners to bring features to life.  

With a strong focus on customer-centricity, compliance, and harm minimisation, your role as Digital Delivery Lead is central to ensuring the right work gets done.  

Together, the team is driving exciting initiatives that make playing Lotto easier, safer, and more rewarding—while giving back to New Zealand communities.

A bit about you:

As an experienced digital delivery lead (or product owner superstar), you’ll be passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and proud of the impact you make.

You will have:

  • A strong background in agile digital delivery, especially across web and mobile platforms
  • A knack for breaking down and prioritising work that delivers real value to customers and the business.
  • Great communication skills—you know how to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve problems
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles and how to apply them into the process (you’ll be working closely with our top notch UX designers)
  • Confidence using planning and design tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Comfort with data—you use insights to guide decisions and measure success
  • A genuine interest in innovation, compliance, and creating leading digital experiences that are used by millions of New Zealanders.
