Your day-to-day:
- Lead the delivery of digital improvements to the MyLotto channel, ensuring growth and business targets are met
- Oversee agile programme planning, resource management, and governance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CX, marketing, development, and testing
- Drive product strategy and lifecycle from concept to release
- Champion change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Support the shift to a product-centric delivery model across Lotto NZ
- Manage and mentor Agile and Scrum Leads to enable delivery excellence
- Coordinate Business Transformation Office rhythms, meetings, and communications
- Ensure compliance with Lotto NZ’s responsible gaming, health & safety, and security policies

This team is at the heart of transforming the MyLotto channel, working across CX, digital marketing, development, and operations to deliver seamless, engaging experiences for millions of New Zealanders.
Right now, they’re leading the charge on a product-centric transformation, shifting Lotto NZ to a more agile, value-driven delivery model. As the Digital Programme Manager, you’ll be central to this evolution—steering complex digital programmes, enabling agile practices, and aligning delivery with strategic goals.
You’ll collaborate with talented Product Owners, Agile and Scrum Leads, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Whether it’s launching new features, improving customer journeys, or embedding new frameworks, your work will help shape the future of digital play in Aotearoa.
A bit about you:
As an experienced digital delivery leader and product management superstar, you’ll be passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and proud of the impact you make. You will have:
- Proven experience leading digital programmes in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A strong background in product design, delivery, and lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A knack for bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver great outcomes
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting abilities
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Experience building frameworks and processes that support transformation
- Relevant qualifications in Product Management and Delivery (e.g., PMP, Scrum)
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement
