Your day-to-day:

The purpose of this role is to implement Lotto NZ’s multi-channel marketing automation programme to strengthen the relationship with our customers, with a strong focus on improving customer experience, generating online revenue and lifting engagement.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of direct marketing campaigns, setting up best practice direct marketing communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers and Lotto NZ. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure campaigns are planned and executed on time and to agreed standards. You’ll be a nerd with numbers and comfortable providing reporting on campaign performance as well as running test and learns, giving updates on key learnings.

Supporting the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be involved in variety of projects leveraging our customer data and insights to make our marketing automation platform a success.

A bit about you:

You will have a can-do attitude and someone whokeen to get stuck in. Strong organisation skills are key as you will be leading the campaign calendar for Direct Marketing. Passion for MarTech will be crucial where your expertise in implementing marketing campaigns using enterprise level Marketing Automation platforms i.e., Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo shines throughIt is natural for you to be data oriented with a strong understanding of data models, segmentation, running test and learns and Marketing Automation smarts. You are detail focused and combining that with strong communication skills you can deliver to a high standard of qualityIf you also have copywriting skills that would be icing on the cake.
