As a Retail Operations Specialist, you’ll help deliver a seamless retailer experience and reliable operational support across our retail network.

Your day-to-day / Āu mahi ia te rā:

You’ll manage the retailer lifecycle from application and onboarding through to contract renewal and exit, ensuring each stage runs smoothly. You’ll also prepare documentation and product orders, maintain accurate CRM records, and resolve retailer enquiries and complaints.

Working within our Retail team as well as alongside internal units, you’ll coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, follow up on outstanding information and identify practical ways to strengthen service delivery.

As a super user of Amazon Connect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP and DocuSign, you’ll maintain retailer records, agreements, templates and operational resources, support testing and process changes when required, and help ensure operational systems and information remain accurate and up to date.

 

A bit about you / He kōrero mōu:

You’ll bring at least three years’ experience in administration or operations, ideally gained in a retail, call centre or customer service environment, along with a strong understanding of what it takes to support a busy retail network.

You’re a confident communicator who takes ownership of your work and follows through on commitments. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you proactively identify missing information, follow up with retailers and stakeholders, and keep work moving through to completion. You’ll also be proficient across Microsoft Office and be confident learning and using systems such as SAP, CRM and DocuSign.
