Your team:

You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to provide automated testing scripts, working with developers and software delivery colleagues to ensure our 24/7/365 services are robust, available, and enhanced, both prior to and after implementation of new services and tools.

Your day-to-day:

• In conjunction with IT and QA Leadership, you will help effectively orchestrate internal and vendor resources
• Improve and maintain existing automation framework
• Develop and maintaining new and existing automation scripts 
• Provide training and support to other members in QA who are new to automation
• Align manual test cases with automation scripts to reduce overhead and regression times
• Review nightly build runs and engage with relevant parties to resolve issues
• Assist with manual testing and fixing bugs in the code
• Provide test plans, strategies, estimations, progress reports, documentation and attend daily stand-ups

A bit about you:

• Solid programming experience in JavaScript, ideally with ES6 and TypeScript
• API testing experience
  
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and runners
• Testing of e-commerce websites and mobile applications 
• Jira (or similar), Confluence
• Automation testing experience, including manual and pact testing
• ISTQB Certification
