Your day-to-day:
Leading a small,
high-performing team to lead Lotto NZ’s ambitious marketing automation
strategy across a range of digital channels.
You’ll be the business lead for
the Salesforces platform which includes Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, using data-driven
insights to create customer interactions than enhance personalisation, improve
customer engagement and drive commercial outcomes.
This role blends creativity with precision. You’ll champion a test-and-learn culture, optimise communications for engagement and results, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Lotto NZ’s commitment to safe, responsible gaming. We are a small, high-energy team passionate about marketing automation. We love to collaborate on projects and support each other in this ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
We
are results driven and are always looking for ways to optimise our ways of working
and with two direct reports; Marketing Automation Specialist and a Marketing
Cloud Administrator, you will support the Hed of Digital Marketing and be
involved in marketing campaigns,
customer journey planning across multiple digital touchpoints and as well as new
programmes of work.
A bit about you:
You love a bit of tech. Your
expertise in implementing marketing campaigns using enterprise level Marketing
Automation platforms i.e., Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo, Braze shines through. It
is natural for you to be data-oriented with a strong understanding of data and
how this is used in Marketing Automation.
As an experienced Marketing Automation
leader, you’ll bring deep expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing
Cloud and Data Cloud, and a strong track record of delivering data-driven,
personalised campaigns.
You are detail focussed and
combining that with effective communication skills, you are able to deliver to
a high standard of quality. If you also have and eye for great email creative
and copywriting skills that would be icing on the cake.
You’re confident managing
teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and working across
analytics, digital, and agency partners to drive measurable outcomes.
You know how to balance
strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and you’re ready to lead Lotto NZ’s
next chapter in customer experience innovation.
