Your day-to-day:
This role is all about delivering customer value
through data insights, market trends, and strong commercial analysis. You’ll
influence the roadmap for draw-based games, guide new product development, and
ensure engaging, exciting and sustainable experiences.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of
Product & Innovation, you’ll help set the direction for Lotto NZ’s game
portfolio and lead cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. If you’re

The Product and Innovation team at Lotto
NZ is a dynamic, collaborative and engaging team that play a Business lead role
in projects meaning you’ll be at the heart of the action.
You’ll join an experienced team and an

A bit about you:
You’re a strategic thinker with a strong commercial
mindset and a passion for creating customer-centric products. You bring:
Proven
expertise in product
management, marketing fundamentals, and turning insights into actionable
outcomes.
Strong
analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into insight for commercial
decisions.
Vision for
customer experience, backed by market research and behavioural insights.
Leadership
capability to guide
cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Track record of
delivering business plans into successful product outcomes.
Collaborative
approach, thriving in
team environments to achieve shared goals.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 7+
years’ experience in product management or related roles.
Demonstrated
success in product lifecycle management and strategic delivery.
Relevant tertiary
qualification.
Experience in
the gambling sector is a plus.
